Trust Law Services
Trusts can be used to manage your property and to protect children or disabled persons. I can help you by:
- discussing whether a Trust would benefit you or your heirs
- preparing a Revocable Living Trust, which transfers property directly to a beneficiary without a probate at death
- preparing a Testamentary Trust, which takes effect through your Will after you die and which manages property distribution
- preparing a Special Needs Trust, to protect assets for a disabled person
- providing advice to Trustees on their roles and responsibilities
- representing beneficiaries in disputes concerning Trusts

Fees and Costs
All work is billed at an hourly rate, depending on the type of case. An advance fee deposit (sometimes called a retainer) may be required. The deposit amount varies from case to case. My office can provide you with more information. After your initial meeting, I can also help you determine a budget for your case.
I will discuss additional details regarding fees with you on the telephone. I am generally unable to accept cases on a contingency basis.
